Booking and Cancellation Policy
You can secure your reservation by providing us with a 25% deposit. We accept Visa or Mastercard.
Clifftops-Retreat is a small business and cancellations affect us greatly.
If your reservation is cancelled within 60 days of arrival there will be a charge of 25% of the accommodation.
Within 30 days of arrival, there will be a charge of 50%.
Within 48 hours of arrival, there will be a charge of 100%.
Naturally we will endeavour to re-book the cottage and if this is successful we will refund your deposit. We strongly advise our guests to take out
travel insurance to protect themselves against unexpected changes to their travel plans.
