Booking Rates

Our current tariff is $845.00 until the 30.04.2023 which we have held for 4 years and from 1st May will be $1195.00 per night.But we are very open to offering good kiwi discounts for longer stays. Just enquire and we may surprise you. The whole experience has been upgraded-more goodies-more fine wines. a big change.
This includes: GST, a fully stocked pantry for full cooking provisions, local wines,spirits,beers and use of private spa pool and BBQ, serviced daily.It does also include full breakfast provisions-fruit-cereal-bacon-eggs-croissants-juices, home made jams and chutneys-cheeses and lots more but it does not include full evening meal food provisions.

We are encouraging long term stayers for those travellers wanting the ultimate in luxury and seclusion and rest.

Booking and Cancellation Policy

You can secure your reservation by providing us with a 25% deposit. We accept Visa or Mastercard.

Clifftops-Retreat is a small business and cancellations affect us greatly.
If your reservation is cancelled within 60 days of arrival there will be a charge of 25% of the accommodation.
Within 30 days of arrival, there will be a charge of 50%.
Within 48 hours of arrival, there will be a charge of 100%.

Naturally we will endeavour to re-book the cottage and if this is successful we will refund your deposit. We strongly advise our guests to take out travel insurance to protect themselves against unexpected changes to their travel plans.
